Delta Force platforms: When is it coming to Xbox and PlayStation?
Team JadeDelta Force, the free-to-play tactical shooter, has arrived on PC through its Open Beta. Its PC alphas and betas have had a ton of interest from FPS fans so you might be wondering what platforms it’ll arrive on.
Previously called Delta Force: Hawk Ops, its grand-scale maps and extraction-based game modes make it a great choice for Battlefield and Escape from Tarkov fans. Plus, there’s also a single-player and co-op campaign coming, based on Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down movie.
If you’re on console and keen to jump in and try it, here’s everything we know about its Xbox and PlayStation release.
Delta Force platforms
Delta Force will be available on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PS5, iOS, and Android. Currently, the game is only available on PC through the Open Beta with the console and mobile releases set for 2025.
With the beta live, you can now pre-register for the mobile launch to be among the first to play when it releases on Android and iOS.
When is Delta Force coming to console?
Delta Force arrives on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in Q1 2025 – between January 1 and March 31.
It’s unlikely to be as early as January since they’ve announced Black Hawk Down campaign mode arrives then with no mention of a console release, but depending on how well the Open Beta goes, we could see it earlier in the year.
Is Delta Force coming to PS4 and Xbox One?
No, Team Jade hasn’t made any announcements concerning a Delta Force PS4 and Xbox One release.
With the game’s PC requirements being much higher than these decade-old consoles that are being phased out, it’s unlikely the devs will spend the time porting the game over to the less powerful hardware. However, we’ll let you know if there are any more announcements.
