Palworld was a hit amongst content creators who got it early and it’s doing big numbers on Twitch as the hype builds. Who wouldn’t be interested in a game that people are calling ‘Pokemon with guns’?
Of course, its unique blend of survival mechanics, base building, and creature collecting make it a little more complex than that. Still, there are 100 Pals to catch in the early access version of Palworld on Steam and Xbox Gamepass and that part is very Pokemon adjacent.

Crafting Pal Spheres in Palworld
Pal Spheres are Palworld’s version of Pokeballs and you’ll use them to capture Pals for combat, forced labor, and eating. They can be found in the open world as drops but the most reliable way to acquire them is by crafting.
To craft Pal Spheres, all you need is a Primitive Workbench (or better) and the right ingredients. Below is a list of the components you need to craft a Pal Sphere:
- Paldium Fragment x1
- Wood x3
- Stone x3
Where to find Paldium in Palworld
Wood and Stone are everywhere you look in Palworld’s early game. Just punch some rocks or trees to get what you’re looking for.
The secret ingredient to Pal Spheres is Paldium and it can be a little less obvious. To get your hands on some, you’ll need to find special rocks that are splintered with blue crystals (pictured below).
You can occasionally find Paldium lying around or as a rare drop when mining regular rocks as well, but the best way to get it is still by seeking out Paldium-infused rocks.
That’s everything you need to know about how to craft Pal Spheres in Palworld and where to find their ingredients. Now you can catch Pals and do whatever you want with them you sicko.
