How to fast travel and use Estate Cairns in Nightingale
Inflexion GamesNightingale is a brand new survival game where you dive into procedurally generated worlds and face challenges in your journey. Here is how you can use fast travel and thereby Estate Cairns in Nightingale.
Nightingale is a very different kind of game. While procedural generation is quite common nowadays, the way this game implements it is different from others. In this game, there are Fae Realms, and you have to travel to them in order to begin your exploration.
As it happens, there is a way through which you can fast-travel in the game. This is different from how it works in other games as there are certain limitations to it. Additionally, you will need access to something called Estate Cairns for this.
Here is a guide to fast travel in Nightingale.
Nightingale: How to fast travel and use Estate Cairns
In order to fast travel in Nightingale, you will need access to Estate Cairns. This is something you can craft by using 20x Rocks and 5x Stone Blocks. The Estate Cairns can be built in the Abeyance Realm.
The way this works is that setting up an Estate Cairn sets that particular Realm as your home base. If you are in any other realm, you can open your map and directly teleport here. The game will give you a message “Travel to Respite Realm,” and all you need to do is press “OK”.
Naturally, it’s safe to mention here that once you travel to the home realm, the world you were in will probably disappear. This is because of the procedural generation aspect of the game. Additionally, you can establish only one Estate Cairn at a time. If you build a second one, the first will disappear.
You can also use the Estate Cairn in multiplayer. You can open your world to your friends or randoms once you complete the tutorial. They can join your world and get access to the respite realm.
