Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is set to come to Xbox and PC later this year, but will the action-adventure game also come to PS5?

Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice was originally released on Xbox One about half a year after its PS4 launch. A few months later, Microsoft announced it had acquired developer Ninja Theory, with it looking like the company’s future games would stay on Xbox platforms and skip the PlayStation.

However, as of this month, Microsoft has announced several of its currently-exclusive games will be released on Nintendo and PlayStation consoles. 

So, while Hellblade 2 was originally announced to be an Xbox and PC exclusive, is there a chance the game could come to PS5?

Is Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 coming to PS5?

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 is currently not confirmed to be releasing on PS5. The game is slated for release only on Xbox Series X/S and PC at the moment.

Xbox boss Phil Spencer announced on the Official Xbox Podcast earlier this month that four Xbox games would be coming to other platforms: Grounded, Pentiment, Sea of Thieves, and Hi-Fi Rush. However, it was not confirmed if more games were going to be released further down the line.

So, as it currently stands, you’ll need a PC or Xbox console to play Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 when it launches on May 21, 2024.
