Is Skull and Bones crossplay? Cross-platform explained for PlayStation, Xbox & PC

Skull and Bones is the latest Ubisoft title inspired by Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. This open-world action-adventure RPG is releasing for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Amazon Luna, but players are wondering if the game has crossplay for all of them.

It’s been a long time in port for Skull and Bones, seven years to be exact. Ubisoft’s pirate-themed MMORPG is set to have players exploring the Indian Ocean, embarking on a quest for infamy and riches during the Golden Age of piracy.

Additionally, players will be able to host sessions with up to 20 players, with full crossplay functionality across all platforms in every session. The more, the merrier, right?

How to crossplay in Skull and Bones

If you’re a team player and want to enable the crossplay capabilities of the game, you just need to follow a short series of steps.

1. Open the game.
2. Go to the settings menu.
3. Search and go inside the “Accessibility” tab.
4. Go to the “Crossplay” option.
5. Switch it to “On”.
