Persona 3 Reload: How to increase every Social Stat

Social Stats have always been an integral part of the Persona series. While there’s only three Social Stats to worry about in Persona 3 Reload, they’re still important to game play. Here’s how to increase Social Stats in Persona 3 Reload.

Social Stats were a huge part of previous Persona games, with five Social Stats the norm in both Persona 4 and 5. But in Persona 3, there were less stats to juggle, with only three for players to worry about.

Persona 3 Reloaded has kept the same format, with three Social Stats players can max out: Academics, Charm and Courage.

How to raise all Social Stats in Persona 3 Reload

While players can raise their Social Stats through gameplay, there are also activities in the game’s downtime periods which will give them a boost.

Maxing out Social Stats early can help players overcome stat checks necessary to achieve Exam scores, unlock Special Menu items, and there are even some Social Links locked behind stat checks too.

To make sure you get the most out of the game’s story and deep character building, it’s worth spending some time to max them all out early on. To max out each Social Stat players will need to earn 230 Academic points, 100 Charm points, and 80 Courage points.

How to increase Academics in Persona 3 Reload

Academics is an important Social Stat in Persona 3 Reload, for both Exam scores and Social Links. There are a few different ways players can increase their Academics, including eating at Wakatsu, using the net café, and studying.

How to increase Charm in Persona 3 Reload

Charm is the easiest Social Stat to raise in Persona 3 Reload. Much like the other Stats, players can undertake activities in their free time to help them quickly level their Charm stat. Eating at the right restaurants, answering questions in class, and playing Arcade Games are all easy ways to increase the Charm Social Stat.

How to increase Courage in Persona 3 Reload

Unlike Charm and Academics, Courage is a much harder Social Stat to increase. However, there are some activities that will help raise it. Working at the Chagall Cafe is one of the best ways for players to increase the Courage Social Stat.

Players can also hang out with SEES members in the Evening in the Iwatodai Dorm Room. Certain activities with SEES members can increase Social Stat Points. Whenever an activity with SEES raises a Social Stat, it’ll be indicated in the activity’s description.

Reload Social Links With Stat Locks in Persona 3 Reload

As mentioned, the Social Links for some characters in Persona 3 Reload are locked behind stat checks. Some key characters, like Mitsuru, Yukari, Mamoru, and Fuuka will require players to have their Social Stats at higher levels to pass their Social Link lock.
