Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown fast travel: Locations and how to get around
UbisoftIn Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, fast travel is essential. Though its use is limited and specific to certain locations, this guide will help you navigate Mount Qaf effectively.
The vast expanse of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is sprawling, from Persian temples to the darkest dungeons. The size of the game world becomes apparent as you traverse these cursed lands.
Within the world, you’ll find all kinds of challenges to face too, from difficult enemy arenas, huge bosses, and some ridiculous platforming challenges. The further you gom, the difficulty shoots up too along side the distance between locations.
With that, you’re going to want to find ways to get around faster. There’s no faster way to do that than with fast travel. Here’s what you need to know about it in game.
Does Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown have Fast Travel?
Yes. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has fast travel. Sadly, though, you can’t use it at will. You need to go to bespoke places on the map to get around. To do so, you need to find altars you have to open, located near certain Wak-Wak trees. There are generally one or two fast travel points per major area for you to find.
To make them accessible, you will need to locate them, which can be easier said than done. When you are near one, your screen will begin to glow purple, so keep an eye out for when this happens. Use this screen effect to locate it. Once you find the actual altar, head over and hit the purple ball. You can then use this to fast travel.
