Microsoft has announced another Xbox Partner Preview for October 2024, which will give fans an insight into the third-party games in development for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The Xbox brand has already held plenty of major events in 2024. The first was the Xbox Developer Direct, which showed off trailers for titles like Avowed, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II, and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. While the trailers were impressive, that show desperately needed more release dates.

There was also the March Partner Preview, which gave us our first look at titles like Tales of Kenzera: Zau and The Sinking City 2, as well as the release date for Frostpunk 2.

Now, fans have another showcase to look forward to, so here’s how to watch the Xbox Partner Preview 2024 Livestream and all of the games confirmed to appear.

Xbox Partner Preview 2024 Livestream: Dates & Times

The Xbox Partner Preview will take place on Thursday, October, at 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST.

The show is expected to last for around 25 minutes and is promised to be packed full of reveals. There’s no word regarding any post-shows, which have happened in the past for titles like The Elder Scrolls Online.

While direct links to the presentation have yet to be given, it’s expected to be broadcast on the official Xbox YouTube and Twitch channels. Those watching on YouTube can see it in 4K at 60fps, while other channels are locked to 1080p at 60fps.

The individual trailers for each title will be added to the Xbox YouTube channel, as well as any respective third-party channels. These will happen throughout the show and people who miss the Partner Preview can watch them all later if they cannot see it live.

Confirmed Games

  • Alan Wake 2: The Lake House DLC — The second of Alan Wake 2’s expansions takes players back to the mysterious facility found in Cauldron Lake. Remedy has already revealed that players will “explore the Lake House and embark on two separate adventures as the realities of Saga Anderson and Alan Wake collide again.
  • Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza — This long-running action series is no stranger to surprising left-turns, and Like a Dragan: Pirate Yakuza might be the biggest yet. The spin-off ditches the usual Japanese setting for the sunny island of Hawaii, telling the story of Goro Majima as he looks to regain his memories.
  • Wuchang: Fallen Feathers — After appearing at the Xbox Showcase back in June, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is set to be shown off once again. This brand-new Souls-like follows a pirate who wakes up in Ming Dynasty China and must fight off mutated monsters affected by a phenomenon known as “the Feathering.”

Only three games have been confirmed to appear, but there’s plenty more in store.

In the blog post announcing the event, Xbox revealed there will be “over a dozen new trailers” shown off, including “new game reveals, release date announcements, and fresh new gameplay from upcoming games.”
