Genshin Impact players list crossovers they want from Honkai Star Rail & Honkai Impact 3rd

Genshin Impact collabs have been few and far between, but that hasn’t stopped the game’s community from revealing their most highly requested additions. 

Genshin Impact collabs have been some of the most highly requested features, with many Travelers wanting HoYoverse to host crossover events. After all, the developers previously hosted collabs in Honkai Impact 3rd, where both Genshin Impact characters and even popular anime like Evangelion have been featured. 

However, when it comes to Genshin Impact, the collaborations have been nonexistent, well, aside from the crossover event with Guerrilla Games that added Horizon Zero Dawn’s Aloy to the game. 

Despite this, the Genshin Impact community remains hopeful and has highlighted the collaborations they’d like to see added in the future. 

Genshin Impact players reveal collabs they want to see

“Blade from Honkai: Star Rail would be my pick,” said one player. “Self sustain DPS, consume health for damage, special attack heals you, and his ultimate deals big damage – either healing you when you’re below 50% HP or consuming HP if you’re above 50%.”

Genshin Impact fans were also keen for HoYoverse to throw in a specific free 5-star, that previously caused quite a stir in the community. “I would like it to be Dr. Ratio and give him for free just because it would actually be hilarious,” joked one player. Another Traveler was also keen to highlight another character who would make for a comical collab. 

“Hoyoverse could do the funniest thing ever and just have the same exact Welt Yang in all 3 universes, and I’d eat that sh*t up.” 

One character that received a lot of attention was Yanqing, the gifted swordsman who is known for his lethal single-target damage and deadly. In fact, many players believe the young lieutenant would perform better in Genshin Impact.  

“Yanqing, specifically because his passive/main gimmick is screwed over by being in the wrong game,” noted one Player.

“He loses all benefits if he takes damage in a game where DOT goes through player shields, so he can’t function unless you babysit him with shielders and have other units to draw aggro for a chance of him not being hit which can still fail, but in Genshin you can just use dash invulnerability frames to avoid damage and also Zhongli exists.

Aside from the Honkai Star Rail character requests, the Geenshin Impact community also made suggestions from Honkia Impact 3rd, HoYoverse’s other free to play game. 

“Herrscher of Sentience from Honkai Impact 3rd, I need to have her join the Traveler and just cause chaos, but when you need it the most, Senti will be the second plot armour and she’ll soak up all the praise once it’s over,” explained one player. 

“I would love to see her and Paimon bicker with each other. Gameplay wise, she would be absolutely crazy. A defence shred just by having her ult on, it is also like Noelle ult, you can swap out and back and her ult will still be on. Her dps will also be amazing. Since she is the almighty Herrscher of Sentience, she will never fall out of meta just like in HI3.”
