In Helldivers 2, Bile Spewers appear in any Terminid-occupied territory from ‘Medium’ to higher levels of difficulty. To spot them easily, check the left side of the map.

To secure an encounter with these creatures, you can play a Terminid Eradication mission, which becomes available at ‘Hard’ difficulty (level 5).

How to kill Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2

Every bug has a weak spot, and in this case, that weak spot can be either the head or the giant green glowing abdomen. To hit those, you’re best off aiming carefully from a distance or heading behind it.

Alternatively, there’s always the option to just send in some explosives and blow it to smithereens, but that’s up to you.

Keep in mind that even though they have reduced mobility, they can rear back to spew their acid to corrode your armor or they can explode if you shoot their green parts, dealing heavy damage if you’re close enough.

Plus, at higher difficulties, they become bile mortar cannons, raining blobs of acid down, so be wary of these killer bugs.

What are Bile Spewers in Helldivers 2?
