Jynxzi backtracks after slamming Kick as xQc and Adin Ross call him out
Jynxzi PodcastTwitch streaming star Jynxzi has taken back his controversial comments criticizing Kick after backlash from xQc and Adin Ross.
Jynxzi has seen an unprecedented rise to stardom over the last couple of years, and there’s no sign of slowing down anytime soon.
The Rainbow Six Siege star amassed the most subscribers on Twitch out of anybody on the Amazon-owned platform at the end of 2023, and saw his follower count boom as well.
Nevertheless, the Twitch star has backtracked after making a controversial comment about rival streaming platform Kick, where he called the IRL streams on there “the worst thing you can imagine.”
Jynxzi clarifies controversial Kick comments
In a February 26 podcast alongside MoistCritikal, Jynxzi briefly discussed the culture over on Kick, particularly slamming the IRL content as the “worst” after making note of several streamers fighting each other on camera at one point.
However, since making the comments, Jynxzi has faced a ton of backlash from the likes of xQc, Adin Ross, and even his own fans for “sh**ting” on Kick. Now, in the latest episode of his podcast with Sneako on March 5, the Twitch star has responded, clarifying why he made the controversial comment.
“Basically, people were like, ‘Oh dude you’re sh**ting on like Kick’. xQc got mad about it, f**king Adin was texting me,” Jynxzi explained. “I was talking about the signed Kick streamers. What I was saying was Kick’s card as to how they get streamers is you can’t get banned. So then all the cringe lords flocked to Kick.”

Kick has since updated its rules about what can and can’t appear on stream, shutting down a number of suggestive broadcasts over the last year.
