MTG Pro Tour 2024-2025 qualifiers and promos announced

2024 is shaping up to be an excellent year for Magic: The Gathering. Murders at Karlov Manor has only just been released, and players still have brand new planes and stories like Outlaws of Thunder Junction, Bloomburrow, and Duskmourn to look forward to.
Still, MTG players are nothing if not a forward-looking bunch. Thanks to spoiler seasons and product announcements well ahead of time, MTG fans are well aware of what’s coming up for their favorite TCG. Now, 2025’s Pro Tours qualifiers are about to begin, giving MTG’s competitive players something more to plan around.
Regional Championship 2025 qualifiers
The 2024-2025 Regional Championship qualifiers begin on April 13, 2024, concluding on July 13 at dedicated WPN (Wizards Play Network) stores and destination events. Players who qualify will be able to attend and compete in Regional Championships taking place in Fall 2024.
2025 Regional Championships are set to be scheduled between September 28 and December 1. Regional Championship winners – as well as USA, Canada, EMEA, and Japan finalists – will be invited to the 2025 MTG World Championships, taking place later in 2025.
Regional Championship Promos
Mtg’s Regional Championships offer an extra incentive for players to take part, featuring Secret Lair promo cards for attendees as well as successful qualifiers. No matter where you place in these events, you’ll be walking away with a great tourney reminder.
A new Secret Lair Springleaf Drum will be available to Regional Championship Qualifier attendees in WPN stores. Additionally, Secret Lair variants of Goblin Guide will be given to Regional Championship Qualifier event top finishers.
For those lucky few who manage to attend an upcoming MTG Regional Championship, a Secret Lair Seasoned Pyromancer will be awarded. This stylish card that furthers red strategies will make an excellent event keepsake.
Are late signups available for MTG Pro Tour 2024?
Thankfully, it’s still possible for last-minute signups to qualify for 2024’s next Pro Tour events. Late-coming MTG fans and busy pro players still have chance to participate. Outlaws of Thunder Junction Pro Tour 2024 will be taking place on April 24-28. While last-minute qualifiers have not been confirmed as of yet, they are usually offered for players still looking for a chance to claim their spot.
Looking a little further ahead than Outlaws of Thunder Junction, Regional Championship Qualifiers for 2024’s following set, Modern Horizons 3, are currently ongoing. Head to your local WPN store and set yourself up for victory when Modern Horizons 3 launches in Q2 2024!
