The NBA community has had unwavering support for Phoenix Suns center Bol Bol, and his dominant first half performance against the Los Angeles Lakers has set off a wave of support for the year old.

Bol torched the Lakers for 11 points on 5-6 shooting from the field through the first two quarters of their Sunday afternoon affair.

The second-generation NBA star could not miss, and showed a level of aggression that rubbed off on his teammates and got hoops heads going wild on social feeds.

Fans’ affinity for Bol through his ups and downs in the league finally got a chance to be put on front street this season, and for good reason.

Bol Bol puts on offensive show for Suns

The son of former NBA great Manute Bol made a name for himself in the 13 first half minutes he was given. He put on a clinic with an array of difficult makes and highlight-worthy finishes.

The Oregon product connected on a silky smooth three-pointer from the left corner and used his size and strength to muscle Lakers superstar LeBron James inside for a feathery touch finish.

Fans raved about Bol’s fearless play, including one X user, Stunna, who shared the impressive three over James and shot down Bol’s haters in the process:

More fans hopped in on the Bol praise, and NBA Hall-of-Famer Kevin Garnett gave the young talent some major credit:

Bol’s most impressive highlight was this one-handed jam that got Lakers forward Rui Hachimura in the poster.

The South Sudanese-American center will look to continue his impactful play as the Suns strive for the win over the Lakers and distance over L.A in the Western Conference standings.
