Social media has mixed feelings about the “Swifties” taking over the NFL world. Some fans roll their eyes at the mention of the pop star, while others are only tuning into the games for a glimpse at her and her boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
Following the AFC Championship victory by Kansas City, the two embraced each other at midfield to celebrate.

Travis’s older brother and podcast co-host, Jason, took notice of the public affection and used it as a way to welcome T-Swift to the family.
On a recent New Heights episode, Jason said, “We had the whole family down on the field. We had me, mom, dad, and Taylor. Everyone was down there.”
The elder Kelce even cracked a joke, saying that Taylor “made the Super Bowl in her rookie year,” eliciting laughter from his younger brother, who added: “Thanks for joining the team!”
Travis explained that this trip to the Super Bowl “means a little more.” He mentioned the adversity faced during the regular season and hinted that Taylor Swift’s presence played a part in it.
It’s more than just the Kelce family showing love to Swift.
ESPN reporter Jeff Darlington caught a photo of Chiefs head coach Andy Reid pointing to Taylor Swift during the championship celebration.
Reid’s squad has a chance at a third Super Bowl ring in the past six seasons. The Chiefs will square off against the 49ers on February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Swift is scheduled for a performance in Japan the night before, but reports say she will return to the United States in time to support Travis during the game.
Whether pro-Swiftie or anti-Swiftie, prepare for a heavy dose of Taylor Swift on Super Bowl Sunday.
