Over 100,000 fans took to a poll on The Pat McAfee Show to choose a winner of the upcoming Super Bowl.

Pat McAfee has built one of the top football shows in sports media. He amasses hundreds of thousands of views each day on YouTube and ESPN.

Following the dominant Chiefs victory over the Ravens and the exhilarating come-from-behind win for the 49ers over the Lions, McAfee posed a question on social media about who would win the ultimate showdown in Super Bowl LVIII.

And fans turned out in droves to voice their opinions on the upcoming matchup.

Earlier this week, McAfee put a poll on social media, asking fans who they expect to win the battle between Kansas City and San Francisco.

With 165,306 votes, the folks on X lean in favor of the defending Super Bowl champion Chiefs. But at 56 percent, it’s bordering on a toss-up in the fan’s eyes.

Kansas City already has a championship-winning victory over San Francisco, thanks to a double-digit comeback in Super Bowl LIV.

According to Vegas, the Chiefs open as slight underdogs, but it’s virtually a toss-up in sports betting markets.

Will the 49ers avenge the previous loss to Andy Reid? Quarterback Brock Purdy must continue performing in the clutch, especially against such a stout defense for Kansas City.

Or will Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs add a third Super Bowl victory in the past six seasons — at San Francisco’s expense for a second time?
