When is Overwatch’s Paris map coming to console?

Overwatch has launched its brand new Paris map on PTR, but you can only play it if you have the PC version of the game right now. So, when will it be heading to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One?

The new map, which was added to the game’s Public Test Realm (PTR) on January 30, is proving to be very popular among the game’s online community.

However, while it can still be viewed on Twitch streams and be looked at online by console players, many will be expecting an announcement about when they will be able to jump into the French capital with their favorite heroes.

Unfortunately for them, though, Blizzard is still testing the new design on PC before rolling it out on console and no official word has been given on when that is set to change.

All we have right now is merely speculation, however, as the new assault map is still yet to be added to the full game.

It looks like Overwatch’s console players will have to wait patiently for new Paris map.

Many fans are expecting the Paris map will be ready for competitive players to clash on during Season 2 of the Overwatch League (OWL), which kicks off on February 14 – with scrims already underway.

Whether or not the OWL 2019 will mark the full debut of the Paris map is yet to be seen, but it would mean that players have been given two weeks to get to grips with the new battleground before clashing with other pros.
