All Syndicate Towers locations in Palworld
POCKET PAIR, INCPalworld has plenty of challenges for you to face during your time in the Palpagos Island. However, the hardest of them all is beating the Bosses and their Pals waiting for you in the 5 Syndicate Towers scattered across the map. Here’s where to locate each one of them in the game.
Pocket Pair’s game has plenty of enemies for you to defeat while capturing and raising your Pals. From Thugs to Gunners, to Pal Devouts, and even Comrades, you’ll hardly have a day go by without a fight.
But, if you’re done facing little baddies and are looking for a bigger challenge, you can always search for the 5 main Bosses of the game that are waiting for you in their towers.
These 5 represent all the hostile factions and work a little bit as Gym Leaders in Pokemon, though the fights are quite different and way harder, with some players comparing their encounters to an Elden Ring combat.

5. Tower of the Rayne Syndicate
During your adventure in Palpagos Island, the first Syndicate Tower you’ll probably come around is the one guarded by Zoe and Grizzbolt, as this is the closest to the first spawn point.
Even though this is supposed to be the easiest of them all, is still quite a challenge as Grizzbolt is already at level 10. Its Electric type will require you to bring along Ground-type Pals such as Gumoss or Rushoar.
4. Tower of the Free Pal Alliance
The next tower you can face -according to level progression- would be the Free Pal Alliance one, located in the Frostbound Mountains, north of where you previously faced Zoe and Grizzbolt.
This tower is guarded by Lily and Lyleen, a Grass-type Pal. Here you’ll need to come with a Fire-focused team to effectively counter the boss’s typing. Some of the Pals you can use include Foxparks, Incineram, and even Rooby.
3. Tower of the PIDF
Your next stop should be the tower of the PIDF (Palpagos Island Defense Force), which is a faction of mercenaries you’ll come across on the whole map. In fact, by the time you reach this tower, it’s probable you’ve already faced some of their Agents or Officers.
The Boss of this tower is Marcus, and his Pal is Faleris, another Fire-type monster. For this fight, you can use a full Water-type team to easily deal huge amounts of damage. Some of the best Pals to take to battle with you are Jormuntide, Relaxaurus, and Celaray.
2. Tower of the Brothers of the Eternal Pyre
Mount Obsidian is one of the most dangerous zones on the map and it has its own Syndicate Tower, and even though by location this should be a Fire-type encounter, the Boss -Axel- has an Orserk, a dual Dragon/Electric-type Pal.
Because of the dual typing and higher level, this is set to be a hard battle. Before arriving at Mount Obsidian, you need to reach at least level 45. More so, bring top-notch equipment and an Ice/Ground-type team with you. Pals like Foxcicle, Dumud, and especially Ice Reptyre will be perfect.
1. Tower of the PAL Genetic Research Unit
The final Boss battle in Palworld takes place in Astral Mountain, east of the Forgotten Mineshaft. The faction guarding this point is the PAL Genetic Research Unit, a bulky team with a lot of guns.
Here you’ll face Victor and Shadowbeak, a Dark-type Pal weak to dragons. Bring along your most powerful Dragon-type monsters, but beware they must be at level 50 or more if you wanna come out of this fight victorious. The best Pals include Elphidran, Quivern, and Jetragon.
