Cotton Candy is the material that is produced by the Pal Woolipop. Woolipop is a Neutral-Type that can be caught or found near the Sealed Realm of the Swordmaster fast travel.
Method 1
- Catch or Kill Woolipop
This will grant you a guaranteed drop of Cotton Candy from the Pal, but will take time, and if you plan to catch them the precious materials that make Spheres.
