Palworld has numerous amounts of materials you’ll need to obtain and use for crafting things such as furniture, weapons, and the all-important Production Assembly Lines to keep your Pals working.

Nails are one of the most important resources to have a steady supply of, being used to make beds for you and your Pals, in Workbenches and Assembly Lines, and to create crossbows and guns.

So here is all you need to know on how to get Nails and farm them in Palworld.

What are Nails used for in Palworld?

Nails are a material used in a plethora of technologies and weapons in Palworld. Things from lamps and beds to Production Assembly Lines, various types of Workbenches, and even Crossbows, there’s no denying nails are quite important to have around.

How to get Nails in Palworld

To craft Nails, you will first need to reach level 10 to unlock the recipe in the Technology tab. So make sure you’ve reached the required level before trying to craft it.

To craft nails, you’ll need a Workbench, either a Primitive Workbench if you’re starting out or A High Quality Workbench, or Production Assembly Lines.

The only material needed to craft Nails is an ingot, with one ingot crafting two nails. However, to craft ingots, you’ll need a Primitive Furnace, so make sure you unlock that first.

Best way to farm Nails in Palworld

To farm Nails, having a steady supply of ingots is necessary. This means, having a system for farming ingots is the ideal strategy. We recommend starting your base near an Ore Deposit.

Pals like Cattiva are a great starter Pal to put to mining. Pals like Anubis and Astegon are also great late-game Pals to put to work in the mines.

Once you get the Ore, you’ll want to automate the smelting process, and for that, you’ll need to place a Pal that’s good at Kindling

Foxparks is a great starter Pal for kindling if you’re just beginning your base, with Reptyro and Faleris being great options for late-game Pals to put on the furnaces.

Once you have a system of Pals mining Ores and meaning Primitive Furnaces to create ingots, you can start placing Pals on Production Assembly Lines to craft Nails for you.

Lunaris and Loupmoon are two great starter Pals to put on Assembly Lines with great Handiwork, with Anubis and Wixen being two great Pals for the late-game stage.
