Where to find and catch Gorirat in Palworld
PocketpairGorirat is amongst the best Neutral-type Pals in the game thanks to how good it is in both combat and base work, and you can get one early on. If you’re looking to add this furious ape to your team, here’s Gorirat’s exact location in Palworld.
Palworld has 111 Pals roaming around Palpagos Island, and each one of them has a specific type -or maybe two- that give them special and unique qualities.
Of the 9 types available, the Neutral one is almost always left behind because it is mistakenly believed to be inferior or less powerful than the others.
To prove everybody wrong, Gorirat is ready to set the record straight as one of the most powerful Neutral-type Pals in the game, and here’s where you can get one early on.
How to find Gorirat in Palworld
Luckily for players looking for it, this Zarude lookalike is a common spawn in Palworld, and players can get their hands on one as soon as they go north from the starting island.
Gorirat can be found in the Frostbound Mountains (not the snowy part though). As soon as you cross to the Gobfin’s Turf Fast Travel point, you’ll be able to find plenty of furious apes waiting to fight you.
How to catch Gorirat: battle tips
Players who want to add the powerful gorilla to their teams need to know that as soon as they are spotted by Gorirat, it will immediately start to attack them, so approach carefully.
In the wild, you’ll encounter this Pal around level 22 or 23, but before throwing your Pal Sphere to catch it, you’ll need to lower its Health. As a single Neutral-type, you can easily deal damage to it using a Dark-type Pal, but be careful, as if you kill it, you won’t be able to catch anymore.
Remember to get plenty of Hyper or Ultra Spheres, so that you can secure a catch. You can also try Giga Spheres, but you’ll probably end up spending a lot of them in the process. More so, bring along your strongest weapons so you can help your Pal lower its HP faster.
Gorirat is an all-rounder Pal in the game. It’s great in battle due to its Partner Skill ‘Full-power Gorilla Mode’ which unleashes a primal fury that increases its attack, and it’s considered one of the best at both Lumbering and Transporting.
So, whether you want to fight or gather wood while keeping your base tidy, this furious ape is what you’re looking for.
