What are Pal Fluids in Palworld?

Pal Fluids is a commonly obtainable material in Palworld described as: “Body fluids taken from Pals, useful for its high viscosity”.

This is a relatively important resource in the earlier stretches of Palworld, particularly when setting up and leveling a first base, so you’ll want to gather as much as you can.

How to get Pal Fluids in Palworld

The best way to get Pal Fluids in the game is by knocking wild Pals into a state of unconsciousness or by directly capturing them with your Pal Spheres.

However, not all Pals drop Pal Fluids, as this is mainly a Water-type Pal resource. Here’s a full list of all the Pals that can drop this material:

Here’s the list of the single or dual Water-type Pals that don’t drop Pal Fluids in the game:

As their Water type would suggest, most of the Pals from the list can be found near the water, whether it be on a beach or by a river, in the center of the map.

Tips for farming Pal Fluids in Palworld

Hunting Pengullets is actually a relatively annoying pursuit because they are extremely skittish, but it’s one of the best ways to farm Pal Fluids in the game. Plus, you can find them very early in the game near the Grassy Behemoth Hills coastline.

Before going after them, it’s advisable to unlock the Old Bow at Level 3 and pick them off from afar. It’ll save a lot of running around with a spear and missed, frustrating attempts to hit with the game’s slightly janky hitboxes.

In that same area, you’ll find Fuack, Teafant, and Celeray spawns, do bring along plenty of weapons and Pal Spheres if you wish to capture some specimens.

If you have a strong stomach, you can use the Meat Cleaver to get double Pal Fluids. You’ll get this material when you capture a Pal, and then you’ll get some more once you’ve butchered it.

Always have strong Electric-type Pals in your team as they are strong against Water Pals. This way, if you’re only knocking enemies out, you can do it fast with just a couple of strikes.

Finally, if you happen to have one, use Orserk’s Partner Skill “Ferocious Thunder Dragon”, as it will increase the amount of items Water Pals drop once they’re defeated.
