Given its popularity in the mainline games, it’s fair to wonder whether Pokemon Go players can get the creature. Turns out, the answer is yes.

How to get Skarmory in Pokemon Go
Skarmory can appear in Raids, as well as in the wild in Pokemon Go. It’s also been made available in 10km Eggs in the mobile game.
Now, there have been enhanced opportunities to get the Gen 2 creature, both in the past and the present.
For example, trainers can find Skarmary during the Ultra Unlock: Strength of Steel event in Pokemon Go starting on July 25, 2024.
Can Skarmory be Shiny in Pokemon Go?
Yes, the Shiny version of Skarmory can be found in Pokemon Go.
Pokemon Go trainers can find both the Shiny and regular version of the Steel/Flying-type in the mobile game. Be on the lookout for events in which the Shiny odds of finding one out in the wild are boosted for a greater chance of collecting one.
