Pokemon Go fans love trainer’s meme-fueled “back-to-back” spawns
Niantic / The Pokemon CompanyOne Pokemon Go trainer shared their meme-fueled back-to-back spawns in the mobile game and the community loved it.
Finding wild monsters in Pokemon Go is the name of the game, and each trainer wants to find the strongest ‘mons they can.
In Pokemon Go, a Pokemon’s strength is measured by its CP value. The higher the CP, the stronger the Pokemon is overall.
More often than not, most wild Pokemon have quite low CP values. However, that doesn’t mean trainers can sometimes get a laugh out of them as one fan highlighted through a couple of meme-fueled Noibat spawns.
Pokemon Go player shares “nice” meme-fueled catches
A post on the Pokemon Go subreddit titled, “Greatest back to back spawns of all time,” ticked members of the community.
The OP shared a screenshot of their wild catches, which featured two Noibot. The two Flying/Dragon types were caught less than a minute apart, with the first one sporting a CP of 420.
As many would guess, the second Noibat fittingly sported a CP of 69.
Anyone who’s spent enough time on the internet knows exactly why this pair of numbers can set the internet alight. And Pokemon Go fans were no different.
Aside from a myriad of comments simply saying “nice” to further embrace the meme, other trainers shared their own funny CP stories.
“I have a 69 CP Magikarp and when I found it all I saw was ‘It’s HUGE!!!’ i f*cking died lmao,” one player shared.
Another fan said, “Time to get a 666 Noibat, while a different Reddit user lamented how the 420 CP Noibat wasn’t a Shiny—likely in reference to its green color scheme.
While most low CP Pokemon usually just get sent off and turned into Candy, perhaps this trainer will hold onto these ‘nice’ Noibat.
