Best Pokemon to catch at Pokemon Go Fest Madrid 2024

People in Pikachu and Eevee costumes play in a field

Like plenty of other events, Pokemon Go Fest Madrid 2024 sees the debut of some exciting Pokemon as well as the return of some elusive ones. Trainers attending the event can make the most of their Tickets, and the city of Madrid, by trying to find the following Pokemon:

Shiny Crabrawler

While Crabrawler is already in the game, Go Fest Madrid 2024, and the event Spelunker’s Cove sees the debut of its Shiny form. In turn, this also includes its evolution Crabominable.

Trainers worldwide will be able to find Shiny Crabrawler during the Spelunker’s Cove event, but, Shiny rates are boosted for ticket holders at Go Fest events, making Madrid the perfect time to pick one up.

Pikachu wearing a Sun Crown & Pikachu wearing a Moon Crown

Yes, it’s a Pikachu with a new hat, but Moon Crown and Sun Crown Pikachu are pretty stylish. Plus, like many of the other Pokemon at this event, the increased Shiny chances mean this is the best way to get the sparkling version of everyone’s favorite Electric-type mouse.

Eevee wearing a Sun Crown & Eevee wearing a Moon Crown

Eevee might not have quite the amount of outfits that Pikachu does, but it can’t be far behind. Thankfully, not only is a Shiny Eevee always a good thing, but also Trainers can evolve it into one of the many Eeveelutions. So, can you pick up enough Shiny versions to complete the set?

Lapras wearing a scarf

The Water-type friend that carried Ash across the ocean, Lapras is a firm favorite among fans – and it’s even set to debut in an upcoming Pokemon TCG set with a powerful new card. One with a fetching scarf is only a good thing, and Shiny Lapras has a fantastic purple tint to it as well.

Deino

Plenty of Pokemon fans have likely already picked up a Shiny Deino thanks to its previous Community Day, but it’s always nice to grab a rare Dragon-type Pokemon. Plus, its evolution Hydreigon is a powerhouse in Pokemon Go’s Battle League.

Helioptile

An unassuming pick but a cute one, Helioptile doesn’t turn up very often in Pokemon Go, and as such it is even harder to nab yourself a Shiny version. Soak up some rays and grab this sun-bathing lizard while you can.

Klefki

First debuting in Pokemon Sun & Moon, Klefki has gotten some stick from Trainers for being an inanimate object, but frankly, even Pokemon Red & Blue had flying magnets. Sadly this ‘mon cannot be Shiny yet, but it’s a worthwhile rare catch.

Unown

It wouldn’t be a Pokemon Go event without Unown, as the creatures are set to bring their alphabetic allure to Madrid. Trainers can find Unown A, D, G, H, I, N, T, Y, and ?. Plus, all of these can also be encountered in their Shiny forms, helpful for anyone filling a Shiny Living Dex.

Raids at Pokemon Go Fest Madrid 2024

Pheromosa

Pokemon Go Fest Madrid 2024 sees the debut of Shiny Pheromosa, with the Ultra Beast taking on a sleek, black look.

Necrozma

Not only is Necrozma a powerful new addition to the game — and it is available in its Shiny form — but it can even be fused with one of two other Pokemon to make a lethal Legendary that is storming the meta right now.
