Viewers are fuming after Love Is Blind Season 6’s Clay refuses to marry AD on their televised wedding day, leaving her in tears.

If you were looking for all of the Love Is Blind couples who made it to the wedding episode to get married, then think again.

In the end, only Amy and Johnny managed to tie the knot while the others either broke up beforehand or said no at the altar. One pair who chose the latter was Clay and AD. After saying “I do” to who she thought was about to become her husband, Clay (who fans are convinced displays abusive behavior) said no in front of their friends and family.

“This has been the best process. AD, I love you. I don’t think it’s responsible for me to say I do. But I want you to know that I’m rocking with you,” he said in the episode.

While Clay does make it clear that they don’t want to break up completely, AD doesn’t feel the same way and says that she’s “done,” and fans are on her side.

Love Is Blind fans rage at Clay over AD split

On March 2, LIB viewers took to Reddit to vent about Clay’s decision at the altar.

One fan wrote, “That was unreal. Suck it up and say yes – have a good year-long relationship. She explicitly said she doesn’t want to be dumped at that altar and there you go.”

Another fan chimed in and wrote, “… I kept screaming at my screen. The whole purpose of the show was to get married. Why go on if you’re not even ready for a long-term commitment? Let alone marriage?”

Their failed marriage will undoubtedly be addressed in the reunion, which is set to premiere on Netflix on March 13. Maybe they did stay together after all? Only time will tell.
