Love Is Blind Sweden Season 1: Which couples are still together?

After 32 contestants started out single, three couples tied the knot in the wedding finale of Love Is Blind Sweden Season 1.

In Love Is Blind Sweden’s first season, we were introduced to a new group of single men and women who entered the iconic pods dating experience on a mission to find their true love without seeing what they look like.

After that, a total of five pairs decided to take the next step and get engaged to each other. That’s pretty good goings for Love Is Blind, but how many made it out with a successful romance, and where are they now?

Here’s what we know about Season 1’s happy couples.

All three married couples are still together

Since Season 1 ended in January 2024, all three couples that got married in the finale are still together. That includes Amanda and Sergio, Krisse-Ly and Rasmus, and Meira and Oskar.

There were five couples that got engaged during the season, but two that didn’t make it were Emilia and Lucas and Catja and Christofer.

Lucas struggled to feel physically attracted to Emilia after leaving the pods. While Emilia said she could envision a future with him, Lucas made a decision based on his “gut feeling” and said no. The two dated for two weeks after the wedding but eventually broke up.

Things were the opposite for Catja and Christofer, since it was Catja who wasn’t physically attracted. She left her ring and fled in the night. Although the two talked the next day, Christofer threw his ring into the sea, and Catja ended up dating Adde from the other pod.

Love Is Blind Sweden Season 1 couples: Where are they now?

Of the three married couples in Live Is Blind Sweden Season 1, all three are still married, and two have even started families.

Here’s a full breakdown of what’s going on with the successful couples:

Amanda and Sergio

Despite the negative edit that viewers were convinced that he received from production, Amanda decided to give Sergio a chance and the two got married in the finale episode.

In fact, after announcing their pregnancy during the reunion special, the couple welcomed their son Ralf into the world in May 2024.

It’s unclear whether or not they are planning on co-parenting with Sergio’s other child that he had with another woman before entering the pods, especially after Amanda snapped at a fan who even mentioned the other baby.

Krisse-Ly and Rasmus

Another person who instantly didn’t receive the best impression was Rasmus, especially after his superficial comment of hoping the woman he fell for in the pods wasn’t ‘’a 3”. In the end, he and Krisse-Ly tied the knot. Rasmus still hasn’t publicly addressed all of the backlash he got from his comments during the season.

Not only have the couple moved in with one another, but they announced via social media in June 2024 that they are expecting their first child together.

Meira and Oskar

Last, but certainly not least is Meira and Oskar. After breaking off his interest in fellow contestant Isabella, making Meira his #1 choice resulted in a happy marriage.

After having their on-screen wedding in the finale episode, the couple went on to host a ceremony of their own in order to celebrate their unity on their own terms, without millions of people watching.

Will there be a Season 2?

In March 2024, it was announced that there will be a second season of Live Is Blind Sweden.

That means a whole new round of contestants, and plenty more potential for some happy marriages! At the time of writing, there’s no confirmed release date or list of participants.
