The flight attendant revealed in an Instagram Story that she sought out therapy for the very first time after participating on the drama-filled show. “The show was very accommodating on helping me not only find a therapist but cover the fees,” she wrote to her 117,000 followers.
“I’ve never seen a therapist before but man oh man, I feel everyone could benefit from having an unbiased opinion. I never thought I ‘needed’ therapy but I had a ton of inner issues I needed to debunk and my life, my mindset, my heart has completely changed.”

The reality star also answered a fan who asked her if she thought the show portrayed her accurately. She said she had reasons for feeling certain emotions and doesn’t feel like that was shown. “Was I emotional and insecure? Absolutely. But my feelings were valid and I wish that was included more.”
The next batch of Love Is Blind episodes is set to release on February 28.
