After a disastrous Season 4 and reunion show, Monica Garcia is officially not returning to the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.

One word could only be used to describe the fourth season of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City Season 4 and that is, chaotic.

After Jen Shah was sentenced to multiple years in prison, newcomer Monica Niki Garcia was chosen to replace her.

With a shocking reveal that she had an affair with her husband’s brother, and savagely releasing her own mugshot for the world to see, the reality TV star instantly fit in as a dynamic and entertaining housewife.

But, her storyline didn’t just stop at her personal life. In the jaw-dropping season finale that is still talked about to this day, it was revealed that Monica was secretly posing as a fan account on social media to troll her cast members.

After her true colors were exposed, viewers were wondering if she was going to be allowed back for the next season. And, they just got their answer.

Real Housewives of Salt Lake City’s Monica leaves show

On January 23, PEOPLE reported that Monica would not be taking part in the next season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, but no official reason was given for her departure.

This news comes right on the heels of producers admitting just days ago that they were still tossing with the idea of her returning.

None of her now-former co-stars have reacted to the news, but viewers of the hectic season have a lot to say on Reddit, with most convinced Bravo just made a huge mistake.

One fan wrote, “Monica brought the drama. This really stinks! I’m actually really sad about this news. It’s going to be hard to beat last season!”

Another fan chimed in and wrote, “The show will be canceled in another season for ratings. She saved the show.”

The outlet also shared that Season 5 is wasting no time and will start filming in February.
