The Traitors US fans think Dan Gheesling is the next to be banished in Season 2.

Dan Gheesling of The Traitors US Season 2 may think he has the game in the palm of his hands, but from the outside looking in, fans aren’t so sure about that.

Having been the winner of Big Brother Season 10, Gheesling’s tactics in The Traitors‘ castle are on point, making him a front-runner to be banished at the round table during Episode 5 when Janelle Pierzina mentioned his name as a traitor.

However, faithfuls on the show aren’t the only ones to be gunning for Gheesling, as fans at home seem to think his days are over as a traitor.

CT Tamburello calls out Dan Gheesling for being too silent about his game theory 

During Episode 5 of The Traitors US, CT Tamburello called out Gheesling to find out what his theory was regarding who was a traitor.

Being a traitor himself, Gheesling began having eyes on him when Tamburello and Pierzina noticed he had never mentioned his game plan to anyone during shared conversations.

Though Pierzina would ultimately be banished during what seemed to be Gheesling’s last day in the castle, viewers at home think he’s next to go.

In a Reddit thread, fans not only said Gheesling’s days are “done,” but they also think that his “ego is clouding his senses.”

Another fan mentioned that Kate Chastain’s return will emphasize Gheesling as a traitor since they believe she will be able to “sniff” him out.

Other fans said Gheesling being a traitor is “blatantly obvious,” and that the target on his back gets “larger” every time a faithful is banished — leading them to believe that Gheesling will want to banish a fellow traitor in the upcoming episode.

Dan gets eliminated from the competition

Fans doubting his gameplay proved to be the right prediction. In Episode 6, Dan was eliminated but in his defense, the reality TV star managed to beat out several contestants including Love Island alum Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu and former RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant Peppermint.
