Vanderpump Rules’ Tom Sandoval reveals why he refused to move out of the house

Tom Sandoval didn’t leave the house he shares with Ariana Madix after “Scandoval,” and he explained why.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s relationship is over on Vanderpump Rules, but the one thing they have left to get rid of is their home.

Ariana claims Tom wanted to buy her out of the house, but she didn’t agree with the offer he made her.

The Vanderpump Rules star is filing a lawsuit against her ex, hoping that getting lawyers involved will move the situation farther along.

Luckily, Ariana hasn’t spent much time in the house since she’s currently living in New York City to star in the Broadway musical Chicago, and stayed somewhere else during Dancing With The Stars.

Tom says he didn’t move out for financial reasons

On the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Tom revealed why he refused to move out of his shared home with Ariana.

“Because all of those bills will be coming out of my accounts, I knew that if I moved out, she would probably have a friend move in, and I would just… nothing would happen,” he explained.

“We’re both so busy, like even when this happened, like, she’s traveling around working like crazy, I’m leaving, I’m touring, like, you know, I swear there were like… nobody was in that house for like a weeks at a time.”

“I also couldn’t afford to like, go live in another place,” Tom added. “It was one of those things where I feel like it was more of a bigger deal to everybody else than to us.”

Even though Tom was able to share his reason for still living with Ariana, Kate Maloney claims that he was too stubborn to leave.

On the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 premiere episode, Ariana mentioned that she didn’t want to be the one who had to move out because it gave Tom more satisfaction.

Now that Ariana is taking legal action against Tom, hopefully the house will be sold soon.
