Single’s Inferno was shot in two locations; the ‘Inferno’ Island, where the stars were marooned to mingle, and the ‘Paradise’ Resort, where they went on dates with their chosen partner.

Single’s Inferno was filmed in Incheon

Many avid viewers might feel unsatisfied to know that Single’s Inferno was not literally ‘filmed away from all civilization.’ The show was filmed in Incheon, which is located just an hour’s drive away from Seoul.

The real name of the ‘Inferno’ Island is Saseungbong-do, and it is located a few kilometers off the coast of Incheon and Incheon International Airport. The island is a hotspot for K-Drama shoots and was also the backdrop for Squid Game, Crash Landing On You, and The Glory.

Another Island that was used as a filming location for the franchise was located in Jawol-myeon, Ongjin County, Incheon. The islands are open for public visit and the beaches serve as a popular tourist location. Visitors are just charged an admission fee of around KRW 10,000, which would be approximately USD $7.

The Paradise in Single’s Inferno 3 was a five-star hotel located on Jeju Island named Grand Hyatt Jeju. Another five-star hotel named, Paradise City, was featured in the previous seasons. Paradise City is located on Yeongjong Island in Incheon and is very close to the Incheon International Airport.
