Rocket League Pro Player Drives Car on Stage During Incredible Entrance at World Championships

It was a case of when fiction becomes reality during the first day of RLCS Season 5 World Championship in London.

Rocket League is a soccer video game with a twist where players are sat inside small racing cars where they must maneuver to score.

During Tainted Minds’ walkout before their match against complexity, their player CJCJ made the grandest appearance in the tournament thus far.

With a teammate on either side of him, he came out driving in a toddler-sized ride on car waving to the crowd.

He almost faced a hiccup as he drove towards a bump in the floor but a small push from his teammate secured a smooth ride to main stage.

The casters were overcome with laughter as they pointed out a white paper taped to the hood of his little red ride that urged people to follow the player’s Twitter account.

Taking a wide turn he pulled up in front of the stage’s stairs where he opened his tiny car door to take a step out causing the audience to roar in laughter.

It was an amusing start to the series that saw close maps but ultimately Tainted Minds was unable to secure a win as coL won 3-0.
