Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is the third installment of Insomniac’s epic Spider-Man games which follows directly on from Marvel’s Spider-Man, and the Miles Morales spin-off.

This time players can take control of both Peter Parker and Miles are they web-swing across New York City, preventing crime and battling iconic villains but you may be wondering if you can join a friend and team up in co-op together.

Does Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 have co-op or multiplayer?

No, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 does not have co-op or multiplayer. The sequel is a single-player adventure only, just like its previous installments.

Spider-Man 2 in itself is massive. The size of the map is almost double that of the previous games, meaning players get to experience even more of New York City. They can ride the attractions in Coney Island. It’s a new area that’s added to the game.
