CraditzBlitzA user on Reddit has left others impressed after turning their bedroom into a “breathtaking aquarium” thanks to the Meta Quest 3.
With the recent launch of the Apple Vision Pro, the VR scene has been more exciting than ever. Every day, those lucky enough to have their own virtual reality headset show off exactly what these next-level pieces of tech are capable of.
These impressive achievements aren’t limited to the Apple Vision Pro. Fans of the Meta Quest 3 continue to demonstrate what the VR headset can do. From making doing your laundry more exciting, or gamifying vacuuming the floor, the headset continues to impress.
This is also the case with one Redditor, who has turned their bedroom into a “underwater aquarium” through the help of the Meta Quest 3.
Meta Quest 3 owner turns bedroom into “acquarium”
Posted on the virtualreality SubReddit, Reddit user CraditzBlitz uploaded a video taken on their Meta Quest 3 that revealed themselves turning their bedroom into a gorgeous underwater scene.
Within the footage, CraditzBlitz can be shown swapping out boring doors and cupboards for windows that look out onto a serene underwater world. Meanwhile, the incredibly fitting track ‘Aquatic Ambience’ from the Donkey Kong Country OST can be heard playing in the background.
Accompanying the footage, the Reddit user stated that it was the “Most breath taking thing I’ve seen done in the meta quest 3”, with many fellow r/virtualreality users quick to agree in the comments.
Within the comments thread, Reddit user antoine810 exclaimed, “That’s amazing, guess I’ll mess around with mixed reality on my quest 3 today.”
While Novemberx123 shared, “I’m always impressed by what the quest 3 can handle.”
The aquatic bedroom makeover was achieved through the Meta Quest game, Ocean Rift, which lets you explore a vivid underwater world. While exploring the depths of the ocean in VR sounds fun, CraditzBlitz decision to relocate their bedroom to the ocean floor seems like a better use of the Meta Quest 3’s capabilities.
