Chon was a wannabe police officer who was looked down upon by everyone in the precinct and Nan-gam’s father. He one day realizes a sweet local woman was being used as a drug mule by Nan-gam’s father. She had no idea and was subsequently arrested for smuggling diluted drugs to China.

Lee Tang tried to persuade him otherwise as he had never killed anyone. But the anguish is too much and Chon is shot one more time. Both Roh-bin and Cho’s bodies burn in a fire.
