The Beekeeper cast: All actors & characters
MGMThe Beekeeper has quietly become a considerable hit for Jason Statham – so, here’s everyone you should know in the cast.
Statham’s reputation precedes himself: whether he’s jacking his adrenaline with defibrillators, covering himself in oil to make himself an impossibly slippery opponent, or beating the sh*t out of Idris Elba with The Rock by his side, he gets the job done.
He’s teamed up with Ayer for The Beekeeper, a movie following a quiet man with a dangerous past (this is pretty much the same for most of the Stath’s movies). Surprise surprise, a group of rather bad people piss him off, so he hunts them down one by one and does whatever it takes to “protect the hive.”
With the movie now available to watch on-demand, here’s a guide to the cast of The Beekeeper.

Adam Clay: Jason Statham
Jason Statham plays Adam Clay, a Beekeeper in more ways than one. He tends to bees in his downtime, but when his employer is caught in a phishing scam, he comes out of retirement as a Beekeeper, an extra-government operative who “protects the hive” and works outside the chain of command.
Statham is a world-famous action star known for his performances in The Transporter franchise, the Fast and Furious movies, Crank, The Meg, and much more.
Agent Verona Parker: Emmy Raver-Lampman
Emmy Raver-Lampman plays FBI Agent Verona Parker, the daughter of Eloise. She initially believes Clay is responsible for her mother’s death – but soon, she realizes he’s pursuing and killing anyone who had a role in the scam that killed her.
Raver-Lampman is best known for appearing in The Umbrella Academy, but she’s also starred in Untitled Horror Movie and Dog.
Agent Matt Wiley: Bobby Naderi
Bobby Naderi plays FBI Agent Matt Wiley, Verona’s sarcastic, but loyal partner. While she’s a hot-headed go-getter, he’s a bit more reluctant – and he really doesn’t care about bees.
Naderi has also appeared in Deputy, Bright, Black Summer, and Prison Break.
Derek Danforth: Josh Hutcherson
Josh Hutcherson plays Derek Danforth, the obnoxious, multi-millionaire playboy son of the US president who smokes weed, snorts coke, and spends most of his time funneling stolen money from his thieving call centers and wasting time in his stepfather’s office.
Hutcherson is best known for playing Peeta in The Hunger Games and starring in Bridge to Terabithia, as well as the Five Nights at Freddy’s movie.
Wallace Westwyld: Jeremy Irons
Jeremy Irons plays Wallace Westwyld, the former director of the CIA who now oversees Danforth Enterprises. As well as running the company, a big part of his job is keeping Derek out of the tabloids, jail, and any other sort of trouble.
Irons is an Oscar-winning actor, known for his performances in Reversal of Fortune, Dead Ringers, the DCEU as Alfred, and HBO’s Watchmen series.
Mickey Garnett: David Witts
David Witts plays Mickey Garnett, the on-site manager of United Data Group, one of several call centers that scams everyday people on a daily basis. It’s safe to say… Clay doesn’t like him.
Witts first emerged in Eastenders, before nabbing roles in Recovery Road, Doctors, and Manhunt.
Pettis: Michael Epp
Michael Epp plays Pettis, the head of a private security outfit hired to protect a Boston call center from Clay.
Epp appeared in Marvel’s Secret Invasion, as well as Jack Ryan, Spencer, and The Survivor.
Lazarus: Taylor James
Taylor James plays Lazarus, a mercenary hired to protect Derek and his mother from Clay who holds a singular grudge against Beekeepers.

Director Janet Harward: Minnie Driver
Minnie Driver plays Janet Harward, the current director of the CIA who tries to help Wallace when Clay targets Derek.
